Effective at helping me back up the truck, and figured out how to remove a desk from my bedroom that was a puzzle to ge through the door. Patient when I had a delay obtaining my storage unit. Some belongings were not placed securely in the moving van (should have been laid down, not propped up), they banged around during the drive.
