Mark was great and was doing everything in his power to get things done the right way, and if he had proper help, I’m sure everything would have been fine. However, his partner didn’t know what she was doing and broke a part of our bed while we had to help them. I don’t think you should be making every excuse as to why you aren’t capable of moving something when that is what you are hired for.

When I set a time to be there then get another on the day was not good, Also on of the workers was sick and did not do much and I had to help. Which took longer.

The day of the move the company provided excellent service. The guys were polite and extremely helpful. We definitely could not have gotten things done any quicker without their help, sweat, and muscle.
