This move was outstanding- had a full 10 ft U-Haul truck and the 2 men completed the whole move into my basement in roughly 45 min. The men were very respectful and kind - I will recommend this company every time!!!

The company was great in general, called to confirm. The guys were 15 min late, the loading took a very long time (2 hours) even tho they only had 1 item in the basement and everything was in the leaving room. I had 2 unloads, the first one was as expected, the second one since The loading took too long, I had an issue with the elevator booking. My husband helped a lot organizing everything and the guys respected his instructions that’s what made us finish in time. In general I do recommend the company, but I know it will depend on the movers the overall experience. If there is an elevator booking, it’s better to be prepared to book extra hours and have them earlier.
