Kris and William were both great. The heat of the afternoon was killer, over 115, and still they kept going. For both move out and move in! When the storage unit needed to be organized a specific way to make things fit while keeping the unit functional, Kris listened and made it happen without attitude and instead with caution and care. I cannot say enough great things about Houston Moving & Storage! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, punctual, and ready to work. They showed up right on time and immediately got to work without wasting a single minute. The biggest challenge was moving all of my furniture down three flights of stairs, and they handled it like absolute professionals. They worked incredibly fast, yet they were careful with every piece of furniture. Not once did they complain, slow down, or act like the job was too difficult. They worked their butts off from start to finish with amazing attitudes and outstanding teamwork. What impressed me the most was how quickly they completed the move while still taking excellent care of my belongings. Their efficiency, work ethic, and customer service were beyond anything I expected. I booked extremely last minute, but the company arranged for movers to come within a couple of hours of booking. Maurice and Brian were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They also helped out together some furniture when we finished unloading.
