I was confused why I needed to pay for an extra third hour and didn’t get my money back when the job only took about an hour and a half, I don’t like sending money outside of the U-Haul platform. The movers also put our flat screen tvs sideways instead of right side up like labeled on the box and our couch was dropped.

Houston's was phenomenal, there was clear cut communication from booking text message to arrival eta time of move. Brian and Maurice were my two moving helpers and they performed excellently. They worked together fast and efficiently and took great care with my items. They were also both so super friendly and professional. I highly recommend Houston's Moving and Storage.

Kris and William were both great. The heat of the afternoon was killer, over 115, and still they kept going. For both move out and move in! When the storage unit needed to be organized a specific way to make things fit while keeping the unit functional, Kris listened and made it happen without attitude and instead with caution and care.
