Would never use this company again. The movers themselves were okay, nice guys but did break the elevator before a single piece of furniture got to the ground. We are on the third floor. The lady I communicated with on the phone did not seem to grasp the idea that it was her guys who broke the elevator and this is why the job was going to take longer than the 2 hours we reserved. She did not offer any help regarding that. In fact, she insisted that we pay for another hour if we wanted to keep them longer because 'they can't work for free.' Had the elevator been available it would have taken an hour max. Instead when their time was up we still had multiple pieces of furniture we had to carry ourselves down three flights of stairs. Overall just not very professional people and could not recommend less.

We had a great experience with Smooth Moves. The communication from their office was prompt and supportive. They were easy to reach before the move and remained in communication with us and the movers throughout the actual move, which allowed for some flexibility as needed. The movers worked very hard and were conscientious with our belongings. I will use Smooth Move again if the need arises and will recommend them to anyone I know looking for some moving help.
