The movers were amazing! They worked with me and moved their schedule for me due to unforeseen events that’s happened with my move. They ensured they would be there and didn’t even ask for any payment until the very end. They were awesome and I would recommend them to anybody.

Movers went 15 minutes over the two hour booked time and insisted on charging an additional two hours rather than continuing their hourly rate. I said that before paying a two hour rate for 15 minutes of work, I wanted to talk to customer service first. The person stepped into my garage and refused to leave until I paid him additional money. I had to call local police to get him to leave my property. Worst moving help experience I've ever had. I felt physically in danger and will be requesting a full refund through U-Haul. There was NEVER any discussion about the workers race, however in a text he stated he would be filing a complaint against me for racial profiling.
