Omar and Team were extremely fast and professional. They carried a large sofa up three flights of stairs and maneuvered it around tricky corners. They treated my belongings with care . I would recommend them to anyone.

While the movers were flexible with rescheduling and generally nice, the overall experience was disappointing. They arrived with a strong odor that was unprofessional for a work setting, worked very slowly, and were not careful with my furniture. One of the helpers (his son) appeared inexperienced, and my boyfriend had to step in to assist with unloading in order to keep things moving. My coffee table was also broken during the move, which was extremely frustrating. Professionalism and care are just as important as friendliness, and unfortunately those were lacking here. I would not use this service again.
