Two workers showed up late (Anthony Jones and partner) and did not handle my property with respect. My washing machine was damaged, two dressers were also damaged (one had footprints on top of it as well as scratches) and my toolbox was was damaged. They took a out a drawer, emptied the tools into another drawer because the first drawer was so damaged that it could not go back into the toolbox. When I contacted the company about these problems they denied everything. They did not reimburse me for damages, even though I paid for the extra insurance, and refused to at least accept responsibility. I even paid Anthony Jones for 2 hours directly to his cashapp, I was unaware that was against the rules but he insisted that it is not a problem.

Showed up late but got the job done. I think they over scheduled themselves. Timing of start job was incorrect leading to confusion about the two hour block scheduled. Was rushed and I had to help get it done. Handled things decently and packed it well. Not a horrible experience overall but would probably go a different route next time.

They showed up 30 minutes later than expected, but overall Omar was excellent and went above and beyond in ensuring all of my items fit into my U-haul truck (not an easy task!).

Omar and his teammate got the unloading done very quickly in 1 hour ( about 1b1b worth of stuff), very efficient. However, they dropped one of our boxes and broke something valuable to us. Communication was sub par. U-haul says the moving helpers will contact you within 24hours but Omar did not so I needed to call to confirm appt. I sent text after call to confirm but he did not respond until I needed to text him again on weekend before to confirm. Otherwise, quick and got the job done.
