Paid for four (4) movers for two (2) hours. Two people showed. After an hour the additional 2 workers still didn’t show. I told the leader I shouldn’t be billed for 4 workers when only 2 showed and he agreed. He said he’d put through the change and I’d get a refund. I did not receive a refund because he didn’t do the invoicing he said he would. He even confirmed in text that he would, but did not do it. Do not give the payment code until the system reflects what you expect to pay.
