Good communication, but staff need to have more caution when handling fragile items. Time matters same as items being intact. Also, had to buy an extra hour (not planned to spend more than 2 hours) but the staff was already unloading the items when my time was already done.

Literally the best service, it took us 6-8 hours to pack our U-haul so we got services to help us unload it. Let me tell you i was put to SHAME, they did it in half the time. Ill say I don't lift so maybe that's a factor BUT they were fast efficient and handled everything with care!

I booked Moving Help with a two-hour window, and they showed up right on time. Extremely professional, punctual, and polite — you can tell they take pride in their work and operate with real integrity. They were able to get everything done in half the time, even though the items I had were heavy. I didn’t have a lot of pieces, but nothing about the job slowed them down. No issues, no complaints, no damage they handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
