The communication throughout the process was very poor, and our move was rescheduled three different times. We were even referred to another service that ended up falling through, and when the movers did come, they arrived late. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

They were on time. Not afraid to work. Very respectful and took care to not damage anything. The didn't stand around and worked hard. Gave me a ride to my pickup truck so I didn't have to walk a mile. Great guys.

The movers showed up as two scrawnly kids. Left little to my confidence. Which was confirmed when they tried to force my custom sofa into the front landing of my townhouse. It wouldn’t go in so they forced it over and over causing damage to my walls, door frame, and sofa legs. My hope in hiring someone contracted with Uhaul would have been more experience. Very disappointed that they offered no compensation for the damages. While they were polite they need to learn this should not be list Craiglist movers.

Terence and Aiden did a fantastic job. They were very careful to not scratch or ding the walls even in really tight areas. They made great time and were pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend using them.
