The supervisor called me and agreed to a 9am move. Granted it was a last minute booking. Movers didn’t arrive and start until almost 10am. I told the movers multiple times to empty the bedroom first then everything else, because the painter needed to start working in the bedroom. They did not listen. The painter even asked me why the bedroom hadn’t been emptied yet and I said I told the movers multiple times, he said I heard you tell them. When they come back up I’ll tell them again myself. The movers were told I have 3 carts and dolly’s to use for the move, they refused and said they’ll do everything themselves. The painter even told them why aren’t you using carts. This caused them to work significantly slower. I have pictures and video evidence of them working slowly. They also broke the bottom of my dresser. I had to tell them how to put stuff in the elevator because they were doing it wrong. And one of them asked to have a shot of whiskey during the job. Many other problems.

These guys were great! Kept in touch and arrived on time to help. The only complain I have is that they need to pay more attention to the stuff labeled as Fragile. Nothing of our stuff was damaged due the packing but extra care is necessary. Thank you for all your help!
