Packing Pilgrims did an amazing job helping me move. They were such hard workers, and were so friendly and professional. They were in contact up until the moving date, with confirming the appointment and then letting me know when they were on their way the day of. I would definitely recommend them!

I was expecting a good customer service because ofnthe reviews, instead I found a guy complainig because u-haul did kot charge the correct amount, he was complaining about that several days before our service. On the day of my service theybmade us wait for 4 hours before showing up, the actitude of this person was not the best one, my husband asked if they could help him out the bed together, I went for my purse because ifbthey did helpInwas going to give them the $50 tip so they had the complete pa y mebt for their services, but then instead helping he started to complain again and told my husband that was not part of their services. Then I placed my purse back and they lost the tip. They did not do a good job, they mishandled our stuff and I would not recommend this company.

We’re very satisfied with the service. We booked this company to help our parents move from a 3-bedroom house to another 3-bedroom home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. According to our parents, thr movers were professional, friendly, and very careful with all belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently, loading and unloading everything exactly where requested. They even went above and beyond by helping our parents shovel snow to make the move easier. We highly recommend this service provider.

Our movers were fantastic. They know how to load a U-Haul truck to the brim and so that everything is safe for the trip. They loaded a very expensive mirror and it arrived at its destination in perfect condition, as did all of our belongings. I feel that we were very lucky to have found them and I give them my full recommendation!
