From the initial phone call with the preparation questions for the move I knew I was in good hands especially after the first company I booked was a no call no show. The movers were friendly and very professional. I was able to leave them unsupervised while I did other things with no worries. I have family relocating here soon and we will definitely book your company when the time comes.

The movers themselves were great, the manager - owner Carlos however wasn’t. I booked an early morning move and the movers didn’t arrive until 2PM and they were done within 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the movers were completed the manager Carlos called me demanding that I pay for 1 hour more per flight of stairs insisting that it was a policy listed with UHAUL. I explained to him that the estimated times is just that estimated, no where does it say that there’s an additional charge per flight of stairs. The services were clearly booked for 2 movers for 2 full hours. Then he requested that I make the payment outside of UHAUL and send it directly to him via Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle. The movers were perfect however the management isn’t trustworthy and I wouldn’t book with them again just on principle. I’ve used UHAULS moving services several times previously and have never heard such a thing. Please be ware and don’t get uncharged by this company.
