We chose this company expecting great service at a reasonable price based on the reviews. However, we experienced a no-show without prior notice, delays, poor communication, and an inadequate refund. They charged us for two movers for two hours, but only one mover worked for an hour. Choosing this company is a risk, and I would never recommend them.
