Jeremy from Padgett movers handled my move expertly. They communicated with me multiple times to make sure date and time was correct and even allowed me to change day when my plans changed. Jeremy an his crew were very quick with moving my stuff from a storage unit to a truck. All of the crew were polite and friendly and business oriented. I will definately be using them again if I need to move anything in Valdosta Geotgia.

Jeremy was very professional and responsive before the move. The workers he sent were awful! They showed up complaining about having to drive so far to get to our home. They didn't bring straps to move the furniture, and instead wanted to use a hand truck up the stairs! When I refused, they had attitudes. There was one piece of furniture that they insisted wouldn't fit up the stairs, so they refused to move it. My husband and I, in our 60s, had to bring it up. Every time they brought something upstairs they would stay up there for minutes, presumably resting. When they finished unloading the furniture, they refused to unload any boxes because their two hours were up, even though Jeremy previously told me that they would stay as long as I needed them. They said they weren't getting paid enough, and this is slave labor. Horrible horrible experience! I would never recommend this company.

I had the GREATEST moving experience ever. Jeremy and Houston were angels throughout my entire moving process. Here’s how it went. Being a person who loves communication, Jeremy was very responsive in reaching out to me within minutes of me booking. He also stayed up on the move date and time, verifying details like my address and how much inventory to expect. This showed me that he was experienced in moving which was awesome. The day of the move arrives and he and his moving associate, Houston, arrived ON TIME and not a moment later. Moving commenced. At the end of a long day, I felt so overjoyed with them and their overall performance. I had booked another company initially, but I cancelled my reservation with them as they weren’t responsive in the 24-48 hour timeframe. If you’re looking for a moving company that cares book Padgett Brothers. This review box needs more than a 1K character limit. I had more great things to say.
