One mover arrived on time at approximately nine fifty AM and completed the majority of the unloading within one hour and forty five minutes of services scheduled for two movers for two hours. The mover who arrived on time was an African American male (name unknown) and worked efficiently and professionally throughout. The second mover, Noah (Caucasian male), arrived late (approximately eleven forty five AM) and assisted only during the final fifteen minutes with the remaining three items. As a result, most of the labor was completed by one mover despite paying for two movers for the full duration. Additionally, the late arriving mover broke the seal on the dolly, resulting in an additional seven dollars charge, which I was told would be reimbursed but has not been. I am requesting a partial reimbursement to reflect the reduced level of service, including reimbursement of the seven dollars dolly charge.
