The movers were not strong enough to carry our heavy items well. Things were dropped. Walls and doors were hit and dinged up. They really struggled to carry things that I don’t consider to be all that heavy. They were pleasant to be around, respectful, and perfectly nice people but we just felt we could do a better job carrying the items with our friends.

I hired 2 movers for a heavy furniture load that included stairs. Both gentlemen were more than patient and accommodating and their boss was also available for any given need whether it be having questions or needing clarity. This company has a great team of movers with a smooth load and unload process. I would absolutely book their services again

I wish Felicia (the manager) called me and talked about the move instead of base the work off a text. I mentioned tables, chairs, dressers, and it was assumed they would be small and easy but a quick call asking about weight of furniture-boxes would’ve made move day much smoother. I was sent a couple kids who didn’t have experiences organizing-moving things and scratched-broke a bunch of stuff. The only reason it’s not all one stars is because Felicia did try to help when I expressed how stressed I was, and because she mentioned it was a nonprofit with the initiative to get kids off the streets. If I hire them again, I would definitely request the bigger guys that were more experienced for a smooth move.
