Only one person arrived for the move, thus we also had to carry boxes and help with the furniture. Who brings one person to a move of furniture across multiple flights of stairs? He reluctantly thanked us for helping at the end, but did not for a second acknowledged it during the move while we were carrying stuff by his side or sharing the burden of furniture with him. At the end he also requested I pay the toll fee between the borrows which was not mentioned in the quote. I would not recommend this company unless they improve their communication and manners, along with better planning for moves so we do not have to do a third of the jobs while also paying a lot of money.
