I was very pleased with the communication and planning offered. The move in was great, unloaded the UBox quickly and efficiently. I managed to save a ton of time and move right on to putting things away. I’d highly recommend!

I sent a message through Uhaul and had to leave 2 voicemails, 2 emails, 2 texts, and called the main company phone. They text me back 2 days before the move like they never got any of my messages. They were prompt that day and fast. They ripped a hole in my work out bench, dragged my leather chair across the cement, knicked and scratched the hell out of the bottom of the wood legs on my recliner. But after they did that they took them off and gave them to me. They took the leather chair and scratched up my new walls and put black gashes in my door frame. One of the movers significant other was there and asked to use my bathroom? You know sometimes you get what you pay for. But they were the most expensive and I paid for 2 more hours than we needed. So that math doesn’t add up!
