The movers themselves were great, although inexperienced. However, I was notified 15 minutes before start time that they would be a little late. They were 50 minutes late, and whoever was texting me about the delay was slow to respond and rude. I had a tight time window to get the items moved. I paid for two hours in advance, got 1.5 hours if work with no offer to get a refund for the shortage if time and not all items got moved, so I will have to rent another truck another day for additional expense.

I'm not typically the person to leave bad reviews, but several things went wrong with the move. First, they said they couldn't move a bookcase and it would be an extra hundred dollar charge. There was nowhere when placing the order that I was made aware of that policy, and I had moved that bookcase several times before with no issues. That was annoying, but I would have been able to roll with it if they didn't just ghost me. Said they would contact me about coming back the next day with a third person, and nada. I understand that the bookcase was heavy, but it's that lack of communication that results in the 1 star review. A different company had to come move the bookcase. Additionally, they broke a second bookcase. All attempts to communicate have been ignored, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get any compensation for what they broke. Use this company at your own risk.
