Loading in Nashville, TN Boxes clearly labeled GLASS were crushed, resulting in damaged and broken glassware. A third mover, who was not background checked, was brought onto the crew without my knowledge or consent. This individual stole my checkbook and later forged and cashed a check for $2,000. Despite this criminal activity, MovingHelp has done nothing to reimburse or assist with the financial and emotional damage caused. Additionally, the individual that stole from my family is now harassing my family. Calling and texting from multiple numbers, blocking his number, and pleading with me. I cannot in good conscious recommend this company.

They were very flexible with my schedule and showed up ready to work. They took care with each item and had the truck loaded even faster than we expected. Very impressed with the quality of work.

Mover Broken items and one of the items they didn’t bother to tell me about it was laid upstairs. They laid broken item in bed room on the floor. These item were not cheap items. I would recommend not using at all. The job was rushed they were packing 3 and 4 boxes at a time and not paying attention to label items to be careful with. Disappointed. Had them for four hours they finished in 4

These guys came to my rescue with being able to help with a last minute request after my storage container delivery arrived later than promised, which caused me to miss my originally scheduled movers and their ability. I called MoveWithPurpose around lunch on a Saturday and they were able to meet me at the new place about an hour later. The guys were friendly and professional and the unload was finished in an hour (a bit annoying that UHaul Moving Help has a two hour minimum when you only have a one hour job, but, so things go). A few boxes ended up in the wrong room from how they were labeled, but no real complaints otherwise. The guys seemed careful carrying the furniture and boxes inside and I’m not aware of anything being damaged to my knowledge. More than anything, I appreciated the flexibility and ability and willingness to accommodate a last minute request and helping me to get moved in and not have to pay for a hotel while waiting another day for me available movers.

The two men that arrived to do the work were wonderful. My elevator decided to stop working during the move and they immediately pivoted and carried everything up three flights of stairs without a single complaint. They were professional, kind and gentle with my items. Definitely hire them!
