Jay was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. There was inclement weather so I was a last minute booking (6am online booking for a 3pm move). I called him a few minutes after booking and we were able to arrange time in his schedule. He showed up exactly at our agreed time and got to work. His loading and u-box packing skills were phenomenal. It was only him that showed up and I was worried it would not get loaded in time at first glance since I was on the third floor, but he was actually done early! He staged items on moving blankets before loading to get a proper fit and verified that how he wanted to pack it worked for me. Very respectful man that is proud of his work. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding job. Other mover cancelled at last second and Muscle King showed up and showed out. Unloaded in an hour. Saved me on a Saturday afternoon. Would recommend to anyone. Very courteous and good service!
