When we moved in, our 2 bedrooms fit in 4 U-Boxes. This time we donated furniture and other items, so 3 should have worked. To be safe we got 6, plus a trailer, complete overkill. There was no communication at all, I had to call them. On moving day two guys showed up in a car with no dollies, no gloves, no water, no snacks, and one was clearly stoned. Soon they claimed all 6 were full, but half our stuff was still in the house. I checked and saw they stacked the front near the doors floor to ceiling to make them look full, but behind that there was still lots of room. I showed them the wasted space. They said they were tired and weren’t going to unload and reload everything, but for the code plus $400 they would fit more, though not all, of our furniture. They never used a single U-Haul blanket. We had to hire junk haulers, junked thousands of dollars of stuff, and even had to delay closing. When unpacking we found they had folded and loaded empty boxes and even loaded bags of trash.

Delivery was delayed a few days but when they arrived, the movers were excellent. They were friendly and efficient while unloading. They emptied the box and placed all furniture and boxes upstairs within 30 minutes.
