On time and quick help in moving our belongings after a renovation. Took good care of all the items we requested, would definitely use them again in the future!

Multiple pieces of furniture were broken. Moving staff not seem experienced in moving and maneuvering large pieces of furniture. Multiples scratches and dents in the walls and doors of my new apartment. Careless handling of bins, boxes, etc. led to fragile items being shattered and more interior surfaces being damaged. The office coordinator was friendly and easy to work with. The moving staff was friendly but unprepared. Overall a poor experience since my items were in great condition all the way up until the final unload.
