Relax and Relocate was very unprofessional. I received a call 30 min before they where due to arrive that they would be still moving another customer . They had a few more boxes and would them be on the way to help me. But they were, 1 and a half hrs away from my location. After waiting almost two hrs I reached out to Chris and he said they were still helping the other customer and did not know if they would make it to my location. This is after 1pm . I called moving help and was informed I could cancel my current moving company, but there would be no guarantee that any other company would be able to help me. I reached out to Chris again and he said if he made it to would be after leaving his current customer after 3. He would still have a 1 and half rs to drive to me and would not be able to help me unload my items at my storage room. So I started loading my items into the uhual. Once they arrived they help for 30 min and left. Asked for refund and never hesrd back fron Chris.

The helpers caused damages to the inside of our old home; and broke and damaged multiple items by carelessly moving, putting things into, and packing the Uhaul. They did not utilize the cushioning, moving blankets, appliance dolly, or anything we supplied them. We did not realize how badly they had packed the Uhaul until we were unpacking it because we could not see the inside due to how they packed the truck up like a wall toward the back door. We are extremely upset and disappointed in this experience with them. I have attempted to reach out to the company twice with no response, so they aren't trying to fix the issue. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you want a lot of your stuff broken and damaged.

These guys were great. I appreciate that they took initiative to verify their arrival time, and were polite enough to forgive my own tardiness coming from U-Haul pickup. They made quick work of the heavy lifting and they sure as heck made moving look easy. They were a little more casual than I was expecting (I’ve never had professional help moving before) but, personally, I preferred it that way as they made the stressful experience of moving so much more fun. Because they’re such great conversationalists, I felt like I had friends helping me move and it gave me a sense of community, which I really valued. They were very flexible people to work with and were happy to help however I needed. There was something that broke that I was intending on keeping, and even though the item was fixable I ended up discarding it anyway. Not bc it broke but bc I didn’t need it after all. I know they felt bad about that and they took that extra step to make up for it. Overall, I would hire them again.
