I was quoted one price and surprised with stairs fees less than 24hr before moving although I made sure to include that my townhouse ofcourse included one set of stairs, the staff were amazing but the person doing the communication wasnt I ended up with a broken dinning table worth 700they werent insured and was still asked to pay the extra fees after
