Movers did not bring any dolly or any tool, not even a cutting knife when a cutting knife was really needed, even after I asked them to bring some tool. Only bare hands. This only increases the time needed

I have NEVER written a bad review, but this time my experience was so bad that I want to save someone a nightmare. It took two inexperienced guys FOUR AND A HALF hours to load the u-haul with furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment without any appliances!!!! and since they didnt know how to properly arrange the Sufurniture and boxes in the u-haul after the unloading I had to go back for my dining table and chairs! Sunil, the business owner had to arrive to guide them how to unload the u-haul!! I chose them because the cost is a little lower per hour compared to others, but it was very expensive due to the stress they subjected us to.I totally regretted!!
