I had an highly unprofessional experience with my recent move. The team arrived two hours late and demonstrated a lack of proficiency. Despite my friend assisting the two movers, it took four hours to load the truck. Furthermore, I was required to pay for the truck's fuel. During the unloading process at the storage facility, one worker quit mid-job. The remaining worker required continued assistance from my friend, who unfortunately sustained an arm injury during the move. The company has since failed to provide any liability insurance information regarding this injury. The owner has refused to adjust the billing or offer compensation for this poor service. I personally wouldn’t recommend this company for any type of moving assistance.
