TERRIBLE!!! Didn't load the truck right or ask for straps or anything just threw my stuff in it and said I was good...got here and had to have a different company unload all my broken stuff tvs furniture and the other things that fell or got tossled around wouldn't recommend using them if you value your things

They did a wonderful job and was fast, only issue was one of the boxes fell out of U-Haul when opening it up and broke a couple items. They also helped get the sofa inside that was left before we got keys and was a little difficult but helped my husband get it inside.
