The movers arrived on time . They were experienced and handled my furniture with care. They were fast and efficient.They even stayed extra few minutes after two hours. I chose this company because of their good rating, but my experience was very disappointing. I booked two helpers for four hours. Everything was already packed and ready, with no appliances. They arrived 30 minutes late and only brought a dolly, no straps or proper equipment. One person who seemed like the supervisor left after 30 minutes, and the remaining workers moved very slowly. The job took six hours instead of four, and I was charged 160 for two extra hours. I had to supervise them the whole time, even standing outside in -20 C to make sure they didn’t waste time or damage my belongings. I would not recommend their services.

The movers went to the wrong address and it took almost 20 minutes to get them to the right street. They arrived with no supplies (blankets, tape, cords, tie-backs all must be provided by the customer). The moving itself was well done and the movers were able to follow directions and complete the work.
