These guys were great. I own a moving company and hire local helpers around the country. The experience with PowerPals was definitely among the best. They were punctual, professional and showed the same level of concern for my customer as I do. They instantly felt like regular members of my team. I'll be hiring them again for my next trip to the FT Campbell area.

They showed up on time and moved the heavy furniture. Our only reason for not hiring again is the lack of concern for being careful. Nothing got broken so there’s that. Also, be aware that you will pay for the full time you book even if they finish early.

These guys are the best! On time (they were actually early), incredibly efficient, and very friendly. They worked hard and got so much more done than we expected. We had expensive items damaged during our move due to the mishandling during the loading and proper handling of our belongings. My great grandmothers China hutch arrived with the glass doors broken that we repeatedly told them needed to be carefully taken care of. It was an heirloom that can’t be replaced. My son’s tv was cracked, and the leg to our only living room furniture, a couch, was broken off. I spoke to the mover before arriving, and told him all the furniture that was to be moved, and he knew we had reserved only 2 hours. When he showed up, he came with a very young, under 20 years old, and small and inexperienced helper, although I was paying $120 hr. He then told me my job was an eight hr job, so I could either agree or they could leave. The younger helper was constantly on his phone and standing around. When we did agree to pay them for the extra hours, and they were working, they were helpful and friendly.
