it was a great experience. they were professional but easy to talk to. also they were very careful with our belongings. there was very heavy item to be moved but they came prepared. we would definately use them again or recommend them

I specifically said twice there was a SMALL elevator available. One man didn't say until almost done with the job that he has issues with elevators so only one young man after a while used the elevator while the other one used the stairs and could only carry so much. It took longer than two hours so I either had to pay more or find someone else to finish the job. I was not happy. I had to pay for another hour and they were still not done. It was a15ft truck with only a few large furniture pieces. My sister and I (in our 70's) had to finish clearing out the truck because I wasn't going to pay another $99.

They called the day before only to tell us they would not be there in the morning but in the afternoon, then begged us not to change to another company. We agreed to 3pm they showed up at 4pm with a bunch of conversation and standing around. Made sure at 45 mins to alert us and then all three carried the same piece of furniture. At the end they told us they would not be able to unload because they had worked all day! So I had to hire another company terrible experience!

Allen Transport Solutions was amazing! They moved everything quickly even while navigating stairs, and moved things exactly where we wanted them. We could not have completed our move in time without them
