Worst company ever. Do not trust them. I was promised 3 movers for 2 PM and a call when they were on the way. No call. At 330 PM, my mom texted that a mover was sitting outside her house at the wrong address. He was alone. She had to drive him to me. Later, 2 different last-minute movers arrived, young and unprofessional, reeking of marijuana, rude, and ignoring my requests. They broke the leg off a designer shelving unit, damaged my wall, and stood around complaining about boxes instead of working. Several items were scratched. Marc was also frustrated. I called Zach, the owner, who promised me a new 3-person crew at 11 AM the next day, extra time, and a U-Haul reimbursement. The next day, they showed up 3 hours late with only 2 men. I lost more money and time than I could afford. I was ghosted and never reimbursed. I never complain or speak up, but this company is a joke and a nightmare. The second company I hired after this experience was amazing! I recommend hiring elsewhere.

The guys were able to bring everything up without damage to the items or building which I appreciate. There were some items left on the back porch that I didn’t notice for a few days and the rain ruined them.

I'm going to keep this short, if it wasn't for Cameron, I would have given this company 2 stars. Reason being only one guy showed up Cameron. My son and I helped with the load and I helped with the unload as it was going into storage. I can't speak highly enough about Cameron. As I said he's the reason for the 5 stars. The guy deserves a raise...

The movers were not as professional as I'd hoped. They were on their phones a lot and made me panic that they might cancel last minute or arrive late due to scheduling 2 clients back to back. They ended up being on time, but I didn't need extra anxiety during an already stressful time. Additionally, I watched from my balcony as my suitcase handle broke off while the movers were getting it to the truck. It was old, so I'm not upset that it broke. I'm upset that they didn't tell me. There were also scratches and dents on multiple pieces of furniture after being handled by the movers. Far from 'perfectionist.'
