I get a call that the morning I was moving, that they couldn't come due to lack of help. About hour later I get an email letting me know they are on the way. The worker ask how my room, what needed to be loaded. They didn't do a good job in loading, and they were in a hurry. I still items left in the house that I will have rent another uhaul to get the rest of my things. I will never use this company again.
