I did not appreciate the young man who texted me apologizing that he was not going to be able to make our confirmed meet up time at the last minute. ; I had other reservations set up (I ended up losing a reservation as well as a non refundable fee) He texted back and saying that he was going to be an hour later, but he showed up two hours after our confirmed time.. He said he didn’t know that my confirmation said load and unload. I did not have a problem with the services before and the jobs usually last two hours.. I paid an additional two hours, and he insisted that I should pay him directly instead of the third party. Never again.

This Company is great, with less than five hours notice in booking time, the movers were on time and very dependable throughout the whole move. They handled everything with care. I booked them for two hours. They had everything done in that timeframe. They were very polite and professional. I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

I booked three hours with this company. One mover, Britt, arrived late and stoned (reeked of weed), which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and care. During the move, my belongings were loaded into the truck carelessly, with little regard for proper handling. I had provided 24 moving blankets for protection, but they were not used although I was told they would be. I expected standard care and use of the moving blankets I provided. When I arrived at my new home and opened the truck, I discovered significant damage to multiple items, including a television, dresser, and dishes. The dishes had been carefully wrapped and packed in a moving box; however, heavy items had been placed on top of the box, crushing it and breaking the contents. I contacted the mover politely to discuss the damage, but he responded in a rude and aggressive manner and refused to take responsibility, instead blaming me for the outcome. Would NOT recommend these movers. Unprofessional and inept.

Overall, a positive experience. One person seemed new and maybe lacked a bit of finesse if you will, but nothing crazy. My biggest concern - and not just with these movers - is the lack of preparedness. These guys are arriving to moving jobs with no equipment at all. They used the dolly I rented and used the lifting straps I bought to use myself. Some of our furniture was pretty heavy. Luckily, we didn't have anything really big like appliances etc because they were not prepared for that.

I would use these folks again! They came out when the guy I had hired never showed up and we had a 26 foot U-Haul truck full waiting to be unloaded. They saved us God Bless!
