Other than being an hour later than scheduled, which he did communicate to me that morning they were going to be late, they did a excellent job. Used the moving blankets & shrink wrap provided to protect the furniture and moved everything with care. With their exceptional packing skills they managed to fit everything into the U-Haul I rented.

Seemed to be stalling on time. Carrying small items and leaving the big items. Tried to speak with the manager but he didn’t try to help resolve my concerns in any way. Made us go over on the time
