We arranged for a 1030 unloading, and they did not show till 12noon . We made sure we were there by 10am well in advance of there arrival so not to hold them up. They did text and said their eta was 1110 and at 1130 I had to text them and ask were they were only to find out they were still 20+ min out. Had they arrived on time I would have had the truck returned in time, instead I was late. If you value your time I would not recommend them.

They did a great job. Totally communicated the plan ahead of time and any changes that had to be made. The move went smooth and they went out of their way to make it easy on me. They took great care of my stuff and I’d highly recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone looking for moving, cleaning, or other services!

Was a request on short notice so can’t entirely fault the company but I had initially scheduled a 12-1 arrival with them and they were not there until close to 3 which resulted in a late return of my u-haul. Other than that they were great and packed things in efficiently.
