They did not follow my instructions, did not speak English, placed very heavy book boxes on my couch cushions, and haphazardly placed a bookshelf on top of the couch.

They gave me a call at one day before move-in, communicated in detail, for example amount of the stuff, the biggest one, etc. They arrived in time at the move-in day. They did a job carefully, patiently, professionally. I have a great experience with them, have an intention to refer them to my friends on this kind of job.
