I was texted multiple times saying they had extra guys and wanted to change load time. When I couldn't change time I offered for them to clock in and go have lunch or whatever and meet me at regular time. They agreed. Then I get there and there were only the two guys, no extra help and they complained everything wasn't in boxes so they took the big stuff only and my supervisor that was there for anything that wasn't in a box. I was never told everything had to be in a box. Plus they left at 1.6 hrs instead of the 2 hours and since I got there at scheduled time and they are supposed to be early they got full payment of 2 hrs to only be there 45 min.
