They unscrewed things to make it easier for them and then proceeded to lose all the screws and bolts. Whole pack of toilet paper missing.

Never finished the job. I paid for 5 hrs of help loading and unloading. They arrived at the storage unit at 1215 and left at 239. They short man sent himself the payment code from MY phone, and never went to the unloading location. My stiff was just tossed in the moving van with no caution. I kept asking them to use the mats and the taller young man finally minimally obliged. I called the contact person given by uhaul and asked them to send someone to finish the job, or reimburse me and he just apologized, said this person was his brother, then said they were unable to get a hold of them. It was a complete disaster, with damaged furniture and a loaded truck that they were supposed to unload. This company is an absolute scam.

The guys did both my loading and unloading. Mike texted and called me to give me updates for their arrival. They were very quick in loading and unloading and were very respectful. I had no issues and would definitely recommend them for your moving services.

Mike and Michael from 5 Star Moves totally crushed it unloading our trailer and setting everything up in the apartment. Super professional and courteous, they wrapped up early like total bosses. Epic Crew These guys showed up ready to rock, handling every box with zero drama and max respect. Polite as hell, turned moving day chaos into a breeze. Clutch Performance Done way ahead of schedule, apartment looking perfect. Straight fire service. 10 out of 10, would hire again in a heartbeat.

Mike and Joseph were awesome. They loaded us quick (no unloading at this time) and made good use of space in our truck. Very professional and communication regarding the booking and arrival were superb. 10 of 10 would recommend and would rebook when it comes time to unload.
