Worst experience with movers. They were 4 hours late, scheduled for 3 pm, arrived at 715 pm, with no communication or ETA. They worked about 30 minutes total, throwing my belongings down the stairs and damaging furniture without apology. They took multiple long smoke breaks of 30 to 45 minutes each. At 915 pm, they demanded payment even though most furniture was still in my apartment and they had not finished the job or worked the paid time. When we refused, they said they were tired and wanted to leave but eventually agreed to finish. They still delayed and barely worked, forcing my family and me to move stuff ourselves out of frustration. The owner showed up late, moved the last item, then the crew left abruptly. Truly the worst service ever.

NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. You get what you pay for, please pay more for quality service . First sign something was off was when I had to call multiple times just to confirm my order. They showed up late with no heads-up. You'd think their service would match their nice website, but nope. There's no official crew, which is why they're always running behind (just check the previous reviews). They hire people from Craigslist and pay them cash, so you never really know who's going to show up. I even got a call from some random guy saying he was on his way after they were already late. I never spoke to the owner after booking, but he decided to call the movers instead of me. He even told the guy to ask me for the code. They just tossed the stuff in the truck, and we ended up having to unload everything ourselves to get it organized. Total waste of money. They might be new, but that doesn't excuse anything. Seriously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
