I was going to leave a 5 star review even after they were 15 minutes late and caused me to be late for my trip and not be on schedule for an evening crew to unload the truck. I didn’t watch the whole loading process as I was still in my apartment gathering some last minute things, however, upon arriving at my final location I noticed a huge hole was put in the back of my couch while loading. My wife noticed that they put my sofa sectional over the rail to get it downstairs instead of carrying it down. This lead to my whole top back of my sofa being stained with rust and dried paint and it caused the fabric to be scraped as well. I did not know this until I got to my next location and I am NOT happy. I booked a two person crew for two hours and that is not how many people came. They smelled of marijuana and used foul language in the vicinity of my children.
