They only moved four pieces of furniture in two hours. We had more furniture pieces that we needed assistance with.I believe I’m entitled to a 50 percentage refund because that’s unreasonable. Now, with my husband deployed, I’m left to manage the heavy furniture on my own.

Movers were originally scheduled for a window between 3-4. Only one showed up and he helped move as much as he could before torrential rain forced us to postpone to the next day. We scheduled for 12 and the first mover showed up at 1130 but the second didn’t show up until after 1230. Care was not taken with my belongings and furniture was chipped, a bedframe piece got misplaced, my floor was gouged (no response from the company!), and things were placed very chaotically inside the home. They did finish early though.

Both gentlemen got at the site as promised. They went to work right away and knew exactly how to load our truck. Our trip went very smooth because of their efficiency. Should I need moving help in the future, I will definitely use them again.
