Communication needs to improve. It was my 1st time using their service and I had to contact support to get assistance. They provided me with an additional number to try and email and I barely got a 'Confirmed' as a response on an email and a thumbs up on a text. Very stressful for me. Communication would be appreciated when the order is received and at least 2 to 3 days prior to the moving day to confirm the address-time because moving is very stressful for some of us. I had the team who loaded the Uhaul on standby just in case they didn't show because I was going to cancel the day off because I didn't think they were going to show up.
