If I could give zero starts, I would. An hour late. Took zero care in protecting anything. Wasted half the space in my containers. Didn't use any of the packing blankets I provided. Because of their incompetence I've had to hire another company to come back and repack the stuff they did such a horrible job with. I wish I could post pictures of things like the bicycle they placed on the cream colored sofa cushions, or the stack of still wrapped up packing blankets that they loaded last, as opposed to opening and using. The tremendous amount of unused space in my containers, while there was still a lot of additional stuff to be packed. I would not have paid except for the fact that they guy had a nasty attitude and I was not able to be there so my female friend was helping me out and I didn't want her to have to deal with him. I've never left a bad review for anyone or anything before, but DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. U-Haul should take them off of their list!

I hate to leave a negative review, but I did not have a very good experience with them at all. One guy was kind, but the other one was not professional, rude, and I was told by my friend who was helping load the truck that he did not listen. They were over 90 minutes late, which put us behind schedule to meet the landlord and for our out of state move.

This company was a scam and has been reported to U-haul and Movinghelp.com. Just one guy calling himself Ty and posting ads on Craigslist for some (help moving a few things) for $30 per hr, then only paying these non-professional movers $20 per hr after work completed and deleting his ad. NOT a legit moving company, just a kid with a computer.
