One of the labor movers, who I actually think is a cousin of the other Mover cornered my daughter in her Closet and told her that our customers mean everything to us and we work for tips and they continued to say we work for Tips to her every time he saw her. It met her so uncomfortable she had to leave meanwhile the other labor worker was in the truck stacking the boxes while me and my son-in-law helped move items downstairs along with this other worker who Cornered my daughter in the closet while we were Downstairs. After the two hour, mark, the two laborers went and sat in the car while they waited for my daughter to come back and bring cash to them for a tip. I wish I would’ve known this! I went over and asked the two laborers while sitting in their car if they had been taken care of and they said we’re waiting on her to come back and give us cash. As soon as they opened the window, I could smell a huge odor of marijuana inside their car. I would not recommend this moving group.

They were pretty late initially. 1 h. Then an additional 15 due to traffic which is understandable. My biggest concern is any contractor who starts talking to you about a tip as they are beginning their work. I finally told him that I typically don’t consider tip until after the work is complete.

We’d appreciate a response to the following issues. Although everything was loaded and unloaded, the 2 individuals were not at all professional. The larger one repeatedly mentioned getting a tip during the loading and unloading process. There was careless moving of furniture between doorways, dragged across bricks, bumped into walls, all resulting in damages to pristine 8 month old new leather furniture, large hole in the bottom of an 8 month old nice, new mattress, various degrees of damage to a table and bed, and small dents in our new home’s walls. They were both argumentative, but especially the larger of the two, and defensive when the furniture damage was pointed out, and the larger one even AGAIN asked for a tip before they left. The mattress, wall, and bed damage wasn’t found until after they left. Pics are available if needed.
