We hired Ez Moves to unload our truck. Communication with the company was great. We booked one week in advance, and they were good about replying to texts or calls as we set up the move logistics. The men showed up on time, were respectful, followed directions, and worked quickly. We will certainly hire them again.

Movers were great but the company wanted to charge us a $300 fee to move an electric piano. We moved four different times in the past year, used two different companies, and neither charged us a separate fee to move it since it’s not a standard size piano. So myself and my elderly father-in-law with a bad back and knee had to help me.

The office person rescheduled our move one day forward after I chose the wrong date online. Extremely helpful, very professional. The moving crew were fantastic, efficient and careful moving large objects. Very polite and respectful. They worked overtime to do our move at 7pm after a long move earlier in the afternoon.
