The two young men from EZ Moves who provided unloading help on a hot summer day were terrific- they were hard working, polite and very efficient. They were careful with all of our items and reassembled our sectional in a very professional manner. The telephone support person Chez was also very helpful. I thought we were in trouble because we couldn’t get the pod door open. But she suggested having the men come to give it a try and they had it open in a minute. Overall a very positive experience- we highly recommend this company!

We asked U-Haul Moving Help to book E Z Moves for 2 hours between 0900 and 1100 on the 9th of May, 2026 and were completely explicit about that. We didn't get much communication from them, other than a text to confirm certain details, like did we have a piano or safe, neither of which pertained. We made several calls and emails to them asking for a text and email confirmation of their time. In these calls, they said that they had sent SMS texts but their system sometimes didn't work. The first call they told us their two movers would be with us between 9 and 10, the second call they said they would be with us between 9 and half past 9. On the day of the move, we waited until 0935 before calling to ask where they were and were told that there was a problem and they would now be with us at 1045. We did not find this acceptable and said so. They did not arrive by 1045 and eventually came at just after 1115. This service was totally acceptable. The guys were good when they did arrive.
