The movers were fantastic, strong, and professional. The communication could have been better. They reached out about a week before the move to confirm the details of the move, which I provided. A few days before the move, I reached out again and now they said that Ubox loading and unloading is a different package than a standard truck or van and I owed $30 extra. If this was confirmed earlier I wouldn't have minded but it felt a bit unprofessional to notify me of this only a few days before the move. I even added in the move details that this will be unloading Uboxes when I booked the move originally. Other than that, the movers were punctual and great to work with.
