I recently booked a moving service through UHAUL, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I hired two movers for two hours, but I was charged for three hours instead. When I asked why, they claimed they spent an additional 15 minutes — even though they actually left 5 minutes early. This felt dishonest and unfair, especially since I was there the entire time and saw them leave early. I expect better accuracy and transparency when it comes to billing. I hope Moving.com takes this feedback seriously and ensures better accountability from the moving crews they work with.
