I hired this company to organize furniture around the house. My two helpers were amazing, but the receptionist was absolutely awful. Her poor communication and lack of accountability almost lost this company a service. She kept changing my booked time and attempted to moved it back several hours despite having assigned me a time AFTER putting me on hold to check the schedule. She then tried to blame the same schedule she looked at as said my time wasn’t available because of other bookings, but when told I would cancel and find someone else, she confirmed my original time slot. Outside of her negligence, my experience was wonderful. They guys were very kind and thoughtful as they carried my items. They were very considerate and gentle with my more delicate things and I truly appreciate them.

crew did a great job carrying a very heavy object down 2 sets of stairs and load into truck. One ding is they were 21 minutes late for scheduled time. Also, would recommend coordinator to ask if there are any items needed for move, or caring for item, such as blankets or wrap or dolly for moving. Overall very good job
