Some light boxes were crushed being on the bottom - why would anyone place light ones on the bottom when there are not that many boxes to begin with? Items somehow fell out of a drawer that had been taped, and my standing mirror arrived with cracks on the mirror legs. One of the movers was also very unaccommodating claiming he cannot carry out the bed frame. (They were tipped in cash)
