I had to book this mover at the last minute as my previous mover canceled. Initially, I was very happy, as over the phone Davon put me at ease that he would be more dependable and he did follow through on the communication portion. Unfortunately, once he arrived he argued with me about the order I wanted to pack things in my truck. He continued to argue and made remarks that he was just going to do it his way, forgetting that these are my belongings. He was rough with furniture, stacked my fragile mirror directly against the floor, and wouldn't let us help or arrange anything in the truck to ensure it wouldn't get broken. His helper was very nice and treated me and with respect.

Davon was very knowledgeable about the whole loading and unloading process. He was extremely careful in handling the furniture both loading and unloading into our new home. He was courteous, arrived on time and made the whole moving process run smoothly and efficiently.

Very professional and methodical. Inspected what needed to be moved and determined how best to load the truck. They also did the unloading at the other end and everything came out smoothly and undamaged. Would use them again.
